He created one of the most trusted peer-to-peer networks for Customer Experience leaders, built on collaboration, authenticity, and thought leadership.
With a passion for designing spaces where leaders can learn from leaders, Chad has hosted hundreds of conferences, private dinners, roundtables, and social gatherings that spark conversation, fuel innovation, and strengthen professional bonds.
